Private apartment

Contact your landlord and managing company at least one to two months prior to moving out. If you fail to do so, you may have to pay extra rent.
Clean your room thoroughly before the landlord and/or managing company comes to check your room on the day you move out. Depending on the conditions of the room and the details of your contract, you may have to pay for repairs or additional cleaning.
