Cancellation of Electricity, Water, and Gas

You can apply for the cancellation of electricity, water, and gas utilities via the Internet or telephone. When you apply, you will need the “customer number” found on the receipts. You must be present on the scheduled day of cancellation to settle any remaining charges. We recommend that you start the cancellation procedures well in advance of your departure, since it may be impossible to schedule the cancellation day at the last minute.
